Dr. Varanelli has been providing exceptional comprehensive dental care for over 32 years! Dr. Varanelli earned his Dental Degree from the University of Maryland Dental School and completed his General Practice Residency at Yale – St. Mary’s Hospital and a one-year Fellowship at Yale-Danbury Hospital. 

Dr. Varanelli went on to earn his Implant Certification from Harvard University, Anesthesia Certification from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey and his Orthodontics Certification from the Academy of GP Orthodontics. 

Dr. Varanelli feels it is important to stay on the cutting-edge of dentistry, thus he maintains memberships in many prestigious professional organizations, such as the American Dental Association to keep up-to-date on the latest techniques and technology. 

Dr. Varanelli believes that skill and compassion go hand-in-hand when providing exceptional patient care. As a Dental Professional he stays up-to-date on the latest advancements in dentistry in order to provide the most current treatment options for his patients. As a Doctor, he recognizes that his patients are unique individuals who have placed a great deal of trust in him and his dental team. Dr. Varanelli resides in Winchester with his wife Giselle, daughter, Alexandra and one very handsome chocolate lab, named Rhett.
